The problem
You train. You care about hitting protein. But not everyone wants vanilla, chocolate, or dessert-flavored liquid after a hard workout.
Some people want something warm, savory, simple, and closer to food.
Real kitchen prototype
Before this becomes a product, we are showing the real version first: the ingredients, the mixing, and the bowl we actually tasted.
What it is
NoShaker is being developed as a high-protein savory soup made with hot water in a mug or bowl.
The first flavor direction is Lemon Herb Chicken Soup with Bone Broth + Egg White Protein.
Made for
A simple way to add protein to your day without turning it into a dessert shake.
Warm, savory protein after a workout, lifting session, or long day.
Keep a pack at your desk and make it with hot water in minutes.
No blender. No shaker bottle. No forcing down another sweet flavor.
Market signal
These are not NoShaker testimonials. They are early research signals from protein discussions showing the problem we are building around.
“Protein shakes aren’t worth the money. You don’t have to have a shake, nobody’s forcing you.”
“Every time I try to force a protein shake in, it always leads to a stomach ache.”
“There’s no reason to force it down if you hate the taste.”
How it works
Single-serve direction. No big tub. No measuring scoops.
Use a mug or bowl. Stir well. Let it settle into a warm savory soup.
Protein that feels closer to food than another sweet shake.
Prototype details shared for transparency
This is the prototype we tasted and liked enough to keep testing.
Final nutrition, ingredient sourcing, allergen labeling, and packaging language may change after manufacturer review and lab/label work.
Founder note
I had the shaker bottle on the desk. Vanilla whey after sessions. Scoops, measurements, sweet flavors — because gym culture made it feel mandatory.
But over time, it stopped feeling right. I did not hate protein. I hated how protein had become tied to powders, dessert flavors, and a bottle.
I went back to the warm savory foods I grew up with: chicken broth, dal, lentils, eggs, and soups. I kept training. I still cared about protein. I just wanted it to feel like food again.
NoShaker is for people who train seriously but are done forcing down sweet shakes.
